Landlord Forum to take place at City Hall (17th November 2017)

LANDLORDS and letting agents will be able to find out more about Universal Credit at an event next week.
The latest Leicester City Council Landlord Forum takes place on Friday, November 17, from 1pm to 4pm, in City Hall, at 115 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1FZ.
All private landlords and letting agents are welcome to attend the free event, which will cover topics including:
• Universal Credit, and how it will affect landlords
• The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Reuse Network (LLRRN) which recycles unwanted furniture and puts it to good use
• The city council’s Leicester Let and Finder’s Fee Scheme
Leicester assistant city mayor for housing, Cllr Andy Connelly, said: “These events are run to ensure landlords and letting agents can get free help and advice on matters which affect them.
“People will be on hand to answer queries about issues as how Universal Credit will impact upon them, and also about other local services which can help landlords and their tenants.”
