THE LATEST in a series of free poetry reading sessions takes place at Leicester Central Library on Saturday (22 April).
We are the Headliners will this week welcome poet and writer Richard C. Bower, pictured, who will read from his new collection called Pleasures in the Pathless Woods.
Those attending can come along to listen or can share their own poetry in one of the open mic slots.
Event organiser Lesley Modinos said: “Leicester Central Library is a great family-friendly space that attracts a diverse audience as well as diverse participants.
“It’s always a pleasure to see folk bringing their children along and we look forward to welcoming them on Saturday.”
The event runs from 2pm-4pm and admission is free of charge.
