Around 42,000 visitors have already made their way to the museum on New Walk to see the combination of original artworks, archive material and first-hand narratives in an exhibition which provides a platform for often-overlooked artists to share their stories with new audiences.

Anyone who hasn’t visited has until Monday 27 May, when the exhibition will end. More information on opening times is available on the Leicester Museums’ website

Bring the Paint international street art festival runs from 20-26 May, and will feature large-scale murals, exhibitions, and workshops across the city. Find out more from the Bring the Paint website.
